A complete list of all the production equipment used in the film.
Lighting
This film will mainly use a combination of natural lighting, key lighting, and chiaroscuro/side lighting. Natural lighting will be used in many of the less dramatic scenes in Evan’s high school and when he talks with his mom. Natural lighting replicates real life, and is free. Key lighting will be used in more poignant scenes, such as when he meets the Ghost of Past. Key lighting helps to illuminate the subject that is being focused on. Chiaroscuro lighting will be used in many of the dramatic scenes in the film, such as when Evan first spots Marley in his room. The chiaroscuro technique aids in providing drama and mood to a scene.
List of equipment:
Sound
Sound will be closely monitored mainly using a boom pole and a combination of shotgun microphones. Occasionally, for scenes where this may be more tricky to navigate, the actors will wear wireless microphones and beltpacks.
List of equipment:
Camera Equipment
As most of the scenes will be shot in static or run-and-gun, a camera that can shoot both styles is essential. The shoulder mounts and tripod are essential to correctly capturing run-and-gun scenes without shaky audio.
